These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of MenuConverter ("MenuConverter", "we", "us", "our") and the services available at menuconverter.com (the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy . If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

MenuConverter provides tools to create, manage, and publish digital menus, including translation tools, QR-based sharing, and related workflow features.

We may add, remove, or modify features at any time to improve the Service or comply with legal or technical requirements.

• You may need an account to use certain features.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and all activity under your account.

You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes (but is not limited to):

• Uploading unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
• Attempting to bypass security, access controls, or usage limits.
• Interfering with the Service (e.g., abusive traffic, scraping, or reverse engineering).

We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe your usage is abusive or violates these Terms.

Paid plans and pricing are described on the Pricing page. Payment processing is handled by our payment provider (e.g., Stripe).

• Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
• You can cancel at any time through your account settings or billing portal.

You retain ownership of your menu content. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display your content to operate the Service (including generating translations and rendering public menus when you publish them).

The Service (including software, UI, branding, and underlying technology) is owned by MenuConverter and/or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• We strive for reliable uptime, but the Service may be unavailable from time to time.
• Maintenance, incidents, and third-party outages can impact availability.
• We may change or discontinue parts of the Service.

Translations may be generated using automated systems and may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or context issues. You are responsible for reviewing menu content before using it for customer-facing purposes.

Do not rely on automated translation for safety-critical or legally sensitive content.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MenuConverter will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business, arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability will be limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if we must do so to protect the Service, other users, or comply with legal obligations.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Tokyo, Japan, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Effective date" on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
